• We saw many people comin to our hotel to have breakfast, lunch and dinner

As we approached our hotel we drove by a construction project that was labeled as Rainbow City. It either looked like construction had started in the 90s or had been abandoned. It was supposed to be a resort, but when ‘they’ started constructing, locals caught wind of it potentially being a military base.
