Vietnam

We spent 3 nights in southern Vietnam, in the city of Saigon (or Ho Chi Minh City). We hit up everything there was to see in a short amount of time and packed our days with history lessons, great Vietnamese food, and speakeasy bars.

Cambodia

We spent 4 days in Siem Reap and packed our days full of buddhist temple tours, silk shops, wet “street” markets, floating village tours, relaxation at our amazing Amansara hotel, and after dinner walks in downtown and through pub street.

Thailand

We were fortunate to spend 8 days total in Thailand, ranging from the beachy islands, to the bustling city of Bangkok. You can have any kind of experience you want in Thailand, it seems.

Singapore

6 days in Singapore and we still felt like we had more to explore! A few of the locals seemed confused that we would spend 6 days in Singapore (to the locals, Singapore can feel very small), but we found the city had a variety of things to offer. It may be a small island, but feels incredibly opportunistic.

Indonesia

We spent 6 days in Bali and stayed at the Como Shambala Estate in Ubud. We took day trips outside of Ubud, but couldn’t find it in ourselves to leave our incredible hotel for too long.

Australia

We spent 9 days in Australia, traveling to 3 different states, and staying at the only resort allowed to take guests on the Great Barrier Reef.

New Zealand

We stayed in New Zealand for 9 days, staying in 2 different metropolitan cities, visited the famous Waiheke Island and celebrated Christmas in Queenstown, and spend a full day touring Milford Sound and the surrounding Fiordland National Park.

Mexico

We’ve spent 9 days total in: Mexico City, Tecate & Valle De Guadalupe. We’ve made 2 trips to Mexico during our travelmoon (because we love it that much). We spent Thanksgiving in Valle De Guadalupe, Mexico’s well known wine region.

We certainly made our way around Argentina with stops in Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Mendoza, and smaller cities in between. Patagonia was good to us and we look forward to going back again later in 2023.

Greece

We spent almost 11 days in Greece touring around all we could of the Grecian Islands. Athens is an incredible place to visit when the weather isn’t too hot, Santorini (more specifically Oia), is a great small spot to relax and vacation (when it’s not overrun by the cruise boat pedestrian traffic).
